My journey into insurance began in July 2024, when I stepped into claims management for AMI and State Insurance, helping clients navigate the often stressful process of Home, Contents, and Motor Vehicle claims. Before that, I spent years as an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, where I learned the power of understanding people, problem-solving under pressure, and delivering exceptional service. What drives me is my passion for helping people feel supported and informed, whether it’s a restaurant guest or an insurance client. Now, as I transition into brokering, my goal is to make insurance simple, clear, and tailored to each client’s needs—just like great hospitality, it’s all about trust and care.
